Bob Beerman

Tommy was one of my earliest best friends when we were at Aycock School, Grades 1-4.  I often went to his house on Homeland Ave and remember playing with his Lincoln logs and other toys.  He was a kind, soft-spoken guy, and a very good friend.  We didn't see each other much after I went to Irving Park for grades 5 and 6, even though we both went to Aycock 7-9 and Page 10-12, and were in the Exchange Club together.  About 2 years ago I ran into him at Lowes and was very glad to see him. He mentioned that he had built a house for his mother.  I wonder if she's still around.
